Effective 25 October 2026
Privacy policy
This policy describes the current Dart Away Android build, package com.ftpl.dartway, provided by Ferridian Technologies Private Limited. Contact us at naveen@ferridian.com.
Information stored on your device
The game stores your progress, coin and booster balances, lives timers, tutorial history and preferences on your device so you can continue playing after closing the app. It also writes local diagnostic and gameplay event logs, which can include event times, a randomly generated session identifier, level outcomes and virtual-currency changes. These game logs are not uploaded to a publisher analytics server by the current build.
Accounts, ads and purchases
The game does not require a player account. Advertising is optional. Before the ad SDK is initialized, the game asks you to choose personalized ads, limited ads or no ads. Without an affirmative ad choice, the game does not initialize its LevelPlay ad provider. Real-money purchases are not yet available.
Advertising information and choices
If you enable ads, Unity LevelPlay and its supported ad partners, currently Unity Ads and ironSource Ads, may process advertising or device identifiers, SDK-generated user identifiers, IP address, device and app information, approximate location inferred from IP, and ad interactions. Ad providers’ disclosures also include purchase-history signals when available to their advertising services; the game itself does not currently offer real-money purchases. They use this information to deliver and measure ads, support app functionality and prevent fraud. If you choose personalized ads, information may also be used to tailor ads to you. Limited ads avoid personalization but still involve basic processing needed for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention.
We send a do-not-sell/share signal in both ad modes to networks that support it. You can change your choice in Settings → Ad privacy. Turning ads off blocks future ad requests and discards cached ads; a previously initialized third-party SDK may remain loaded until the app exits. Declining ads does not prevent ordinary puzzle play, but ad-based bonuses are unavailable. Third-party processing and retention follow the relevant provider’s policies. Unity’s policy is available at https://unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy.
Support messages
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send, such as a description of a problem, device details or screenshots. We use this information to respond to your request and resolve the issue. Email is handled by the email services used by you and the publisher.
Permissions and external links
The game does not request access to your contacts, precise location, microphone or camera. The bundled Android software declares network, advertising-ID and billing permissions. The presence of a permission does not mean the current game uses it. Support links open your email application, and web links open your browser; those applications have their own privacy practices.
Retention and deletion
Local game data remains on your device until you clear the app’s data or uninstall it, subject to Android backup and restore settings. Clearing data removes saved progress. Contact naveen@ferridian.com to request deletion of information you sent to our support email. We retain support correspondence while it is needed to handle your request or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Children
Dart Away is not directed to children under 13. It has no player registration or social chat. If you believe a child sent personal information to our support address, contact us so we can review and remove it. The publisher will set the intended age groups in Google Play before public release.
Changes and contact
We will update this policy when the game’s data practices change and display the revised effective date. For privacy questions, contact Ferridian Technologies Private Limited at naveen@ferridian.com.
